How it works
-
In order to use our service, we need to verify your emergency contact information in the event that you let your coach know that you or someone else is in danger. You’ll get a message from one of our team members verifying the information.
-
On the days of your coaching schedule, at 7pm, you’ll get a text message that will let you know that your coach is online. To text with a coach, just reply “yes” at anytime between 7-9pm. If you don’t feel like chatting, you can say “no” or leave us on read.
-
Your coach will introduce themselves and you can begin to talk about anything you want with them. If you don’t know what to say, that’s okay, we can ask you questions to get to know you.
-
You don’t have to talk to your coach for the whole time, but if you do, you’ll get an automatic text reminder when there is only 20 minutes left to the session. Closer to 9pm, your coach will send you a thoughtful farewell until your next coaching session.
Excited? So are we!
We can’t wait to get to know you. Talk to you soon!
“I like that they are actively listening and giving honest feedback. Someone who takes the time to listen to another is a wonderful thing. Most people don't do that. And I think that's why most people don't feel heard.”
