MindRight Health provides daily, judgement-free coaching through text message. We are here to celebrate your wins and support you on the days that aren’t so great.
how do i enroll?
Text in “Hello” to the number 886-886 and our automated bot will ask you a few questions to get you enrolled.
Our enrollment process is a quick 5 minute process all done through text. For a smooth enrollment, make sure to respond to each question with the format our bot requests.
Examples:
“Reply YES to consent to receiving messages from us”
Response should be: YES
Our bot would not understand the response if an ! or an emoji is added
When the bot asks for your birthday, it also says “Help me out by using the following format: MM/DD/YYYY
Example response: 09/06/2003
We don’t want you getting stuck in a loop, but if you do, we are here to help!
A quick tip: It’s best if you can complete enrollment one sitting, otherwise the bot will time out and you’ll have to start over.
What questions will I be asked?
You’ll be asked basic questions like your birthday, zip code, and gender identity, but also questions like what challenges can your coach support you with and when you’d like to have your coaching conversations.
What referral code should I use?
If you are affiliated with any of our partners, they would have provided you with a referral code to enter during enrollment when prompted.
However, if you are unsure if you are affiliated with any of our partners, feel free to use the form below to see if you are affiliated with any of our partners OR feel free to enroll using “none” as a code, and we are happy to check for you 🙂
What if I get stuck in the bot?
The easiest way to get unstuck is to text in “stop” to end the bot, and text in “hello” again to restart.
However, if you experience persistent issues, please text in “support” and a member of our team will reach out to you to assist.
Emergency Contact
You will be asked to provide the name and number of someone in your life who is 18 years or older who can reach you in case of an emergency. This could be a friend, family member, or even a teacher or coach. we will need to reach out to them via text just to confirm that they agree to be your emergency contact.
We are unable to provide services to you unless we have a confirmed emergency contact. This is only because your safety is priority.
If you would like to change your emergency contact, you may do so at any point by texting us outside of coaching hours or by letting your coach know.
Is my coach a real person?
Yes 🙂 Your coaches are real people. The only part of our service that is automated with a bot is our enrollment process. Outside of that, you are talking to a real person.
Confidentiality
What you share with us, stays with us. However, to ensure your safety, we choose to operate as mandated reporters, which means that for your safety we would reach out to your emergency contact in the event of an emergency, and even 9-1-1 if necessary. This is because your safety is our priority.

When can I talk to my coach?
Your coaches are available to talk to you during the schedule you selected during enrollment. They will reach out to you on your scheduled days and times.
Coaching schedules are available 7 days a week from 5-7pm or from 7-9pm EST.
How long after enrollment am I assigned to a coach?
Once you are enrolled, it can take about a week to get you matched with your coaches. Once you are assigned to a team of coaches, we will let you know you’ve been matched.
After you’ve been matched, your coaches will start reaching out to you on the days/times you’ve selected during enrollment.
What if I have coach preferences?

Although we cannot guarantee your selections, we will try to accommodate as much as possible.
What if I want to change my schedule or update any personal information?
You can always text us to let us know you would like to make updates to your personal information or your schedule. You can also let your coach know and they will make sure to submit your request for theses updates.
Updates can be made to any of your information such as : your schedule, your phone number, or other information.
Please note that any schedule changes may take up to a week to be implemented. Also, depending on the changes requested, we cannot guarantee keeping your same coaches.
What if I am enrolled, but I change phone numbers?
Text us at 886-886 and let us know your name, that you are an active member and have a new number. The bot will kick in, but please disregard.
We will update your phone number so that your coaches reach out to you at your new number.
